1. Please limit five (5) ads per day per member,
group or business. Each ad posting may only appear once per day per category or
sub-category.
2. FreeClassifiedsPH are intended for individuals
buying, selling and trading goods and services, please DO NOT post ads for the
following:
>Adult-oriented material
>Advice or admonishments
>Affidavits
>Discussions
>File sharing & Piracy
>Monetary requests
>Obituaries
>Personal or Political opinions or expressions
>Prescription medication
>Illegal Activities
>Thank you notes
>Stories of personal experiences
>Warnings
>Weapons or weapon-related items
>Tobacco
>Drugs

FreeClassifiedsPH does not guarantee the truthfulness or accuracy of the
advertising placed on this site, and accepts no responsibility for claims of any
kind resulting from the placement of such advertising.
4. FreeClassifiedsPH assumes that all advertising is
legal and is not misleading or untruthful. FreeClassifiedsPH is not responsible
for any faulty goods or services advertised on this site, nor is it responsible
for person-to-person communication. As with any transaction, BUYER and SELLER
BEWARE.

BUYER and SELLER BEWARE of
Common Fraud
Schemes.
Please be aware that there are scam artists out there who enjoy trying to take
advantage of free services such as the one FreeClassifiedsPH offers here. If
something sounds too good to be true, it probably is. If somebody outside the
country "accidentally" overpays and asks for a refund, this is a hallmark of a
classic scam.
6.
Please proof read your ads very carefully. FreeClassifiedsPH cannot delete ads
simply because they might contain a mistake, nor can FreeClassifiedsPH remove an
ad because the item has sold. Ads remain on the site for a period of
31 days (default) after posting. You may
need to repost and update your ads as often as needed so prospective buyers can
view updated ad listings.
7.
FreeClassifiedsPH reserves the right to reject or remove any advertising we deem
unsuitable.
8.
If you do not agree to abide by the Free Classifieds Rules, you may not
participate in the FreeClassifiedsPH - Free Classifieds.
9.
Use your real name. You may not post ads anonymously or under a false name or
e-mail. You are solely responsible for any statements that are posted using your
account.
10.
Do not use obscene or offensive language. You may not post any ad that could be
considered obscene, indecent, lewd, pornographic, violent, abusive, insulting,
threatening, harassing or in violation of the law.
11.
Do not post ads in categories and sub-categories that are not relevant to the item or service you
are advertising.
12. Do not upload photos or images that bear watermarks from other classified
ads websites and the like.
13.
Do not harvest or otherwise collect names, e-mail addresses or other identifying
information from other participants.
14.
FreeClassifiedsPH CANNOT REVIEW EVERY AD, VERIFY THE ACCURACY OF STATEMENTS MADE
BY PARTICIPANTS OR DETERMINE WHETHER THE MATERIALS POSTED BY PARTICIPANTS
VIOLATE THE RIGHTS OF OTHERS. ACCORDINGLY, YOU AGREE TO ASSUME FULL
RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY FOR THE CONTENT OF YOUR POSTINGS. WE ARE NOT
RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY STATEMENTS OR MATERIALS POSTED ON THIS SITE.
15.
We will, however, periodically monitor the site. Any ads that, in our sole
judgment, appear to violate the Free Classifieds Rules may be deleted without
notice. We reserve the right to remove any posting and limit or terminate access
to anyone for any reason at any time.
